Rene Miller has clearly set a standard of excellence through the longevity of her career and the accolades she has received.
As an entrepreneur, radio and television host, Rene Miller has created some of the most coveted events in Atlanta. She is a veteran broadcaster and has worked with several radio stations across the country.
With her company, Rene Miller Presents… Rene created and developed two Atlanta mainstays, “The Got JazzSeries”, the largest free smooth jazz concert series in Centennial Olympic and “Live from Loews” with the Loews Hotel Group in Atlanta and Philadelphia.
Rene Miller is a member of SAG-AFTRA, a Georgia Honorary State Senator, a two-time Phoenix Award winner, a Community Award Honoree recognized by the Atlanta Business League with the prestigious Creative Award and recognized by the State of Georgia with the Outstanding Award for Excellence.
In 2021, Rene was inducted into the National Black Radio Hall of Fame and named a 2021-2022 influencer by BWIR (Black Women In Radio). Currently, Rene Miller is the Director of Programming and afternoon drive host for Smooth Jazz 101.1/Smooth Jazz 100.1 WJZA. Rene was named as a member of the American Heart Association Inaugural Leaders for Life class for 2021-2022. In 2022, Rene Miller was selected for the Inaugural class for Black Women in Radio where they will launch her works in the Library of Congress at the Robert W. Woodruff Library.
In addition to her numerous interviews with influencers, national recording artists, Rene had the honor of doing a Zoom interview with Dr. Anthony Fauci, an American physician-scientist and immunologist serving as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and the Chief Medical Advisor to the President.
Rene Miller can be seen daily on WSB-TV Channel 2 as the midday Georgia Lottery host at 12:29pm, a position she has held since 1994.
Since 2018, Rene has been the red-carpet host for the “Mayors’ Masked Ball” and the on-stage host and member of the host committee for “Le Diner en Blanc/Atlanta”. In 2021, she was the announcer and host interviewer for the Bold City Chapter of the Links Incorporated – Jacksonville, Florida. In 2021,
Rene has been featured in numerous magazines and on two nationally syndicated programs. Currently, Rene is preparing to release her much-anticipated podcast, #RealRene.

Rene has created and set the bar high with her self-produced concert series in Centennial Olympic Park, “The Got Jazz Series” ,”The NuSoul Soundstage” and “The Secret Garden Series.” Rene conceptualized a highly successful event for the Loews Hotel brand in Philadelphia and Atlanta. She has assisted in the creative process for Atlanta staples; The Wednesday Windown, Friday Jazz at the High, Chastain Amphitheatre with the “Take 5 series”
As the voice, Rene has voiced two syndicated programs, Girl Talk and Jazz Talks. Rene has been a leading voice in the Atlanta market as a jazz, R&B and Adult Contemporary talent and host.
Rene can be seen daily on WSB-TV Channel 2 as the Mid-day Lottery Host for the Georgia Lottery Corporation, a position she has held for 28+ years.
